For the past two days we have been busy installing  two ‘A rated white UPVC bay windows and two windows on Thelwall New Road, Grappenhall, Warrington.  The house is situated on a busy road and our customer is looking forward to a having a more peaceful home once the fitting of her new windows is completed.

This week we are back at Parkin Manor, Higher Walton, Warrington installing woodgrain UPVC windows and doors.  This is the final part of the transformation of the Manor’s windows from wooden to UPVC, an ongoing project which we have worked on over the past couple of years.

This week we are busy transforming a kitchen roof in Croft!  Our client contacted us as they wanted to remove a flat roof to their kitchen extension and replace it with an energy efficient glass roof.  They also wanted us to take out an existing kitchen window, remove the brickwork below and have a set of french doors installed.  The end result looks really impressive and has transformed the look of the rear of the house, the internal kitchen & ...

Works have now finished on the conservatory at Gilwell Close, Grappenhall.  Our customer asked us to take down their old wooden conservatory and replace it with a modern UPVC conservatory.  As our client wanted to improve the energy efficiency and warmth of their conservatory during the winter months we recommended they have ‘A’ rated window frames and glass with a self-cleaning ‘Aqua Green’ glass roof.  The finished product looks great and our customers are thrilled with their newly transformed room!

We have a busy week on the go this week with two conservatories going up both in Grappenhall.  At Springfield Avenue we have a white UPVC conservatory with an ‘Ambi Blue’ glass roof and in Gilwell Close we have a rosewood UPVC conservatory with an ‘Aqua Green’ roof, both are looking good and are due to be completed by the end of the week.

Today we have fitted an arch head porch door to our customer’s home on Kingsway, Warrington.  The UPVC rosewood frame was made to measure for a snug fit into the arched doorway.

Today we’re replacing the fascias, soffits, guttering and downpipes at a house on Crossfield Avenue, Lymm.  The old roofline has been completely removed and replaced with UPVC, not only is the final product low maintenance (no sanding down or painting required) but with a 10 year discolouration guarantee it will look great for years to come!

For the past couple of days we have been replacing the windows at a barn conversion complex at Grappenhall, Ridge, Warrington.  The customers are keen to improve the warmth and sound insulation of their homes with new UPVC double glazed windows without compromising the traditional look of their homes.

Today we are returning to an existing customer to install new rosewood UPVC windows for them.  Earlier this year we fitted three UPVC doors at the property and now the customer has asked us back to carry out further work.  The new windows will of course be ‘A’ rated, which will ensure our customer has a warmer and more energy efficient home.
